What is CBD?
CBD stands for cannabidiol, a natural chemical compound occurring in the cannabis plant family, which includes both hemp and marijuana. CBD is one of the hundreds of cannabinoids—plant chemical compounds—that occur in the cannabis family.
Our CBD won’t get you high. The cannabidiol is derived from the hemp plant and contains less than .3% THC, which is the psychoactive cannabinoid found in marijuana. The extraction technique we use to get CBD from hemp completely separates CBD from the other cannabinoids. What’s left is a form of pure CBD called isolate. Our CBD pillows only include isolate in the infusion and the spritzer.
The CBD isolate we use in our products is pure, with no THC.
CBD and your body
According to research, CBD can cooperate with your body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS), which may help regulate physical and mental processes like stress, memory, mood, pain, appetite, and sleep. Studies suggest CBD may make your body feel like it’s producing a higher volume of your natural endocannabinoids, which could help promote a feeling of rest and relaxation.
Introducing CBD into your daily routine could promote rest and relaxation.
CBD and sleep
CBD may help manage restlessness, pain, and stress—which all affect your quality of sleep. By addressing one of those root causes, CBD may improve your sleep.
Interactions between hemp-derived CBD and your endocannabinoid system (ECS) may also lead to better sleep. Research indicates sleep deprivation throws the ECS out of balance and increases specific endocannabinoids that occur in your body. Studies show the endocannabinoids that occur in CBD may balance the ones produced by your sleep-deprived ECS, which can encourage a more stable sleep environment.

CBD in numbers
According to Google, consumers looked up “CBD” or “cannabidiol” 6.4 million times in one month—the fourth highest health term searched, falling only behind “diet” and “yoga.”
Today, 14 percent of Americans say they use CBD products. Of those users, 40 percent use CBD for pain, 20 percent for anxiety, and 11 percent for sleep. As wellness trends grow, and shoppers search for whole-body healing solutions, market analysts expect CBD sales to explode.
The collective market for CBD sales in the U.S. is projected to surpass $20 billion by 2024, and the global cannabis market is expected to reach $40.6 billion by 2024. Even the European market is projected to grow 400% over the next four years.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is CBD legal?
The Agricultural Improvement Act, passed in December 2018, helped to legalize industrial hemp—cannabis with levels of THC less than .3 percent of total plant weight. This is a federal act. But,
individual states can create exceptions, even when hemp is grown legally. Some states have regulations which may limit the sale or distribution of CBD products in those states. Please check with
an experienced and licensed attorney to if you have questions.
Will CBD get me high?
Experts claim hemp-derived CBD won’t get you high due to an extremely low THC content. Hemp-derived CBD contains less than .3 percent THC, which is the psychoactive cannabinoid found in marijuana.
There are different extraction techniques to get CBD from hemp, and those lead to different end products: full spectrum, broad spectrum, and isolate.
Full spectrum hemp products have
CBD and a variety of other cannabinoids in them—including THC below the legal level of .3%. Broad spectrum includes a similar variety of cannabinoids with the THC removed. Isolate
is pure CBD. Our CBD pillows only include isolate in the infusion and the spritzer.
What is the scent in the pillows?
We infused the pillow with Clary Sage essential oil. When used in aromatherapy, Clary Sage Essential Oil may clarify the mind while promoting relaxation and calmness. Aromatherapy experts also
claim Clary Sage has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, similar to CBD. Our product development team matched the benefits of Clary Sage to CBD for a multilayered approach to a restorative night’s sleep.
What is the difference between hemp and marijuana?
There’s one major difference between hemp and marijuana: marijuana will get you high due to its high THC content and hemp won’t. They are both members of the Cannabis sativa family, but marijuana is
defined as any plant with a THC concentration over .3 percent. The Agricultural Improvement Act, also known as The Farm Bill, attempted to make agricultural hemp legal in 2018.
How should I use the spritzer?
For the most effective results, spray directly on to your pillowcase before going to sleep, as needed. Shake well before use. Avoid direct contact with eyes and stop use immediately if skin irritation occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. Not for medical or internal use. If pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use.

What is a COA?
COA stands for Certificate of Analysis, a lab report that explores the chemical composition of a product. For CBD products, it analyzes the cannabinoid, terpene, and contaminant profile and whether it matches
the advertised contents. Most importantly, it verifies the levels of THC are below the legal .3 percent.
Mislabeling in the CBD industry is a big problem, but we take your health very seriously. All our CBD products are tested by third-party labs to ensure total compliance with the law.
The cannabinoid profile lists each cannabinoid in the product and the levels present by percent of weight and concentration. D9-THC is the psychoactive component and will appear as below .3 percent or ND (non-detect).
