    • What makes Malouf different than other sheet brands?

      We use our 20 years of experience, and the most premium materials, to design our sheets. You can rest assured that as a Certified B Corporation®, we strive to make a deeper impact with every sale, and a portion of proceeds supports survivors of sexual violence and exploitation.

    • Which sheets are right for me?

      The right sheets for you depend on your preference. Do you sleep hot or cold? Do you prefer a silky or soft feel? Each of our sheet sets have a unique feel and features so you can find what you're looking for.

    • Do Malouf sheets stay securely on all mattresses—and when used with an adjustable bed base?

      Yes. All Malouf sheets have Universal Fit™ technology with ultra-thick elastic and extra-deep pockets on the fitted sheet, ensuring it stays on, no matter what position you choose to sleep in. We created this technology to eliminate the hassle of your fitted sheet popping off every night.

    • What is included in a sheet set?

      All our sheet sets include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a pillowcase set. You will receive one or two pillowcases depending what size you are selecting—Twin and Twin XL sets come with one, while all other sizes include two.

    • How often should I wash my sheets?

      We recommend washing your sheets (according to care instructions) weekly to keep your sleep environment clean and fresh. Many customers have two sets of sheets so they can switch on wash days.

    • How does your 30-night sleep trial work?

      All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back.     • What does the warranty cover?

      This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling.
