Returns

All purchases made in-store must be returned directly to that retailer. If you need to return an online purchase, send us an email at info@maloufhome.com to start the process.

  • Accessories

    All accessory returns (bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product cannot be opened or used. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back.

  • Furniture

    Furniture returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the furniture piece must be functional, clean, and undamaged. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the furniture before initiating your return. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

  • Adjustable Bases

    Adjustable base returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adapt to an adjustable base, we ask that you sleep on the base for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.

  • Mattresses

    Mattress returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, we ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.

    Mattresses only qualify for a full refund if a protector was used during the 100-day trial period. Malouf™ provides a free protector with every mattress purchase. If the mattress is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.

  • Sleep Systems

    Sleep system returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a sleep system, we ask that you try it for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.
