• What makes Malouf different than other mattress brands?

• How long will my mattress last?

  Mattresses typically last between 7-10 years, however there are many variables that influence the longevity of your mattress. We recommend using a mattress protector to help extend the life of your mattress.

• Will my mattress come in a box?

  Yes. All Malouf mattresses are compressed and rolled in a box, making them easy to transport to your bedroom upon delivery. Setup is easy—all you need to do is open your mattress and let it decompress for 24 hours before sleeping on it.

• Will my mattress and bed frame work with an adjustable bed base?

  Yes. All Malouf mattresses and bed frames are made to be compatible with an adjustable bed base for optimal comfort. Adjustable bases work with any flat foundation without the need for a box spring. Simply place your base directly on any flat frame or upholstered platform base, then place your mattress on top of the adjustable base.

• Are adjustable bases difficult to setup?

  Setup is easy and can be done in less than 15 minutes per base. We recommend having two people when setting up your base so it can easily be flipped right side up.

• Do I need a mattress and/or pillow protector?

  Yes. We recommend using a mattress and pillow protector to protect your investment from spills, stains, and dust mites. If you purchase a Malouf mattress, the warranty on your mattress will be voided if you do not use a mattress protector.

• How does your 100-night sleep trial work?

  When initiating a return for a Malouf™ mattress or adjustable base, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind. Firstly, request a return within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress or adjustable base. If after this period you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return. To receive a full refund, you must have the receipt and warranty documentation for the purchase AND, in the case of a mattress, you must use a mattress protector during the 100-day trial period. • How does your 30-night sleep trial work?

  All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Malouf™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. To return an online purchase, send us an email at info@maloufhome.com.

• What does the warranty cover?

  Our manufacturer warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling. The Malouf mattress warranty is available for 10 years from purchase date. Customers must use a mattress protector on their mattress, or it will void the warranty.
