What is the best type of mattress for me?

This is dependent on preference. It is important to note that a mattress feel isn't limited to these two categories. There are a variety of options available to you based on your sleep style and personal preference. Typically, side sleepers or those with back pain opt for a more plush option, while those who sleep on their back or stomach will prefer a firmer mattress.
What is a hybrid mattress?

A hybrid mattress combines the benefit of innerspring coils with multiple layers of foams to satisfy a variety of sleep styles and preferences. They offer better support and can relieve pressure points in the hips, back, and shoulders.
How long will my mattress last?

Mattresses typically last between 7-10 years, however, there are many variables that influence the longevity of your mattress. We recommend using a mattress protector to help extend the life of your mattress.
Will my mattress work with an adjustable bed base?

Yes. All Malouf mattresses are made to be compatible with an adjustable bed base for optimal comfort. They work with any flat foundation without the need for a box spring. Simply place your base directly on an adjustable base, flat frame, or upholstered platform base.  
How does your 100-night sleep trial work?

When initiating a return for a Malouf mattress or adjustable bed frame, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind. First, all requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress or frame. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return here.
Will my mattress come in a box?

Yes. All Malouf mattresses are compressed and rolled in a box, making them easy to transport to your bedroom upon delivery. Setup is easy—all you need to do is open your mattress and let it decompress for 24 hours before sleeping on it.
What does the mattress warranty cover?

The mattress warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. The following exceptions will void the warranty: wear and tear; stained or soiled product; misuse or improper maintenance; alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; or damage resulting from transit, handling, use, accident, or otherwise.
