Malouf™ Rolls Out New Sleep Training Program

LOGAN, Utah—Bedding and sleep technology company Malouf™ has partnered with a premier fitness brand to develop Pilloton, a sleep high intensity interval training (SHIIT) program designed to help people increase their sleep performance.

Pilloton provides access to thousands of live sleep classes with different levels, ranging from uncomfortable to distressing to unbearable. Instructed by Malouf’s team of sleep gurus, like Remy Sleepington and Maxx Dreamstar, these classes include The Graveyard Shift, Nightmare on Snooze Lane and Sleepless in Scranton. Users can also choose the most robust option—an eight-hour intensive training for maximized results. Dream dial sold separately.

“We’ve seen an interesting link between intense physical pain and sleep satisfaction. That’s why we’ve spent the past 12 months developing this physically demanding sleep program,” said Malouf™ CEO Sam Malouf. “I was one of the test subjects for our eight-hour intensive, and I’m astonished with the results. My sleep trainer is Rodolpho, and under his guidance, I truly unleashed my sleep potential.”
