Malouf Expands Legal Team with Hire of Jeff Steed as Chief
Legal Officer
As one of his main
initiatives at Malouf, Steed will collaborate with employees of all departments
to strengthen the company’s current intellectual property—from advanced product
development to award-winning design to highly customized software.

Prior to joining
Malouf, Steed was an equity partner at Kirton McConkie and represented a
variety of corporations and investment funds. He speaks frequently on topics
involving asset protection, foreign direct investment, intellectual property and
multi-jurisdictional practice.
Additionally, Steed
was recently named as one of Utah’s Forty Under 40 by Utah Business Magazine. He’s
an adjunct law professor at the University of Utah: S.J. Quinney College of Law,
and sits on the board of directors for a number of public charities and companies.
